Basket Mills, with cooled drum, are utilized for grinding and are available from HP2 through HP50 (production from 2 ltrs through 1000ltrs) suitable both for lab tests and mass productions. They are available in VE and ATEX version for flammatory materials processing, All Basket Mills can be manually controlled by the operator or via PLC. They are equipped with temperature’s detection probe and timer to set processing length. Diamac Basket Mills’ use is extremely easy: they are activated by switches and levers and safety system halts the equipment if production’s procedures are not correctly carried out. On standard version, we can devise all modifications required by the customer subject to safety rules.
Dispersers do not request any lubrication and the cooled drum avoids a further heat reduction of the tank. Consumables (drum, grinding’s plate, seals etc.) are inexpensive, always available and easily replaceable.
