Stirrers are used to blend and ‘put in shade’ the products. They are available for productions’ range from 0,5 ltrs. through 2000 ltrs. therefore suitable both for lab tests and mass productions. Equipments are available both in VE and ATEX version for flammatory materials processing, All Stirrers can be manually controlled by the operator or via PLC. Diamac Stirrers’ use is extremely easy: they are activated by switches and levers and safety system halts the equipment if production’s procedures are not correctly carried out. On standard version, we can devise all modifications required by the customer subject to safety rules.
Stirrers do not request any lubrication and consumables (impellers, bellows, etc.) are always available and easily replaceable.
