FUNCTIONS

All electronic controls are placed on the horizontal mixer control panel. The machine is equipped by two lateral paddles, positioned on the left and right to mixer tank. The function of this paddles is convey the product to the control discharge. The lid is equipped by mobile section hinged, in order to allow a easily access to the normal operations of cleaning and upkeep, and a little charging hopper, protected by a safety grill, to manual or mechanical charging dust raw material. The raised work area allow the effect the manual charge of the machine and to check the working. Under the mixer tank, in the middle is positioned the discharging valve.

SAFETY SYSTEMS

If the mobile lid tank is raised, the magnetic sensor installed on the lid blocks the paddles axle during the working the horizontal mixer. The fixed part of the lid is screw and the littler trapper is protected externally by a special grill lid.
